Zipper warranty:
Our zippers are made to last, and that is why we provide a lifetime zipper warranty, valid for standard use.

Sewing defects, manufacturing defects and raw material defects:
In Customer Services, we evaluate customer complaints about these kinds of defects on a case by case basis.
